REFUND POLICY

We’re excited to help you with returns and refunds! Here’s everything you need to know to make the process as smooth and sparkly as possible:

Return & Refund Guidelines:

  • Condition: Your items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original labels and tags still attached.
  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on certain items and this will be highlighted at checkout.
  • Packaging: Make sure your return parcel includes the return label and invoice. Missing these can delay the process or lead to rejection.
  • One-Time Request: You can only create one return request per order.

Refunds with a Sparkle:

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, except for:

  • Cash on Delivery: These payments will be refunded as store credit.
  • Store Credit: Once issued, store credit can’t be converted back to a refund.

Please note, original delivery charges won’t be included in the refunded amount.

Important Note:

Make sure the items you return match your return request. Any discrepancies can result in the rejection of your exchange request.
