Packages undeliverable by DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Credit/Debit Card: at Sparkly Essentials your card number is always safe and protected using certified leading encryption technology. A secure shopping experience is a priority and a guarantee, and your details remain private and encrypted. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees. Available worldwide.

Cash/Card on Delivery: for customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Available in UAE only.

SHIPPING & Delivery FAQ's

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it and have it picked up by our courier, DHL Express. In many cases, DHL Express can deliver your package within two business days, which means you should expect to receive your package in 3-5 business days, almost everywhere we ship.

We offer free standard shipping in the UAE. You should received your parcel within 2-3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you, and you can track it here (add link)
