You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Items must be free from stains, odours, or visible wear.
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds, but exchanges may be possible based on stock availability. Reach out to us to so we can support.

Send an email to discover@sparklyessentials.com with your order number and let us know you’d like to return an item.
Step 2: Arrange Pick-Up
Dubai and Abu Dhabi: We'll arrange a courier pick-up for just AED 25, which will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders: Watch this space for more information on this soon. Currently not available.
Step 3: Refund Processed
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm it meets all requirements and process your refund promptly back on the same method used for payment.
If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will only be issued as a Sparkly Essentials voucher and a COD fee with be deducted of AED20.
One return per order: When returning, please make sure to select all items you’d like to return in one go, as we can only process one return request per order. Once your request is submitted, no additional items can be added.
Sale Items: Please note that al SALE items are final and not eligible for a refund. However, we may be able to offer an exchange, subject to stock availability. For assistance, feel free to contact us—we're here to help!
Vouchers - if a voucher is issued through returns this cannot be later be refunded.
Right now, we don’t offer exchanges, but don’t worry—you can simply return your items and place a new order for the perfect pieces!
Sparkly Essentials reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Any excessive activity with regards to returning or exchanging items will be reviewed by Sparkly Essentials, and can be refused at our discretion.
NO EXCEPTIONS TO OUR TERMS WILL BE MADE.
